Our professional network and knowledge of community services, hospital programs and other specialized private practices allow us to offer support to folks having difficulty finding the right care.
I am passionate about working with couples and delivering therapeutic aid to individuals. I have extensive training in treating mental health concerns and relationships in distress. My client-centered approach and evidence based psychotherapeutic modalities are individualized and inclusive to support each clients unique needs and goals.
With a deep dedication to advocacy and a holistic approach to care, Candice strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she works with, fostering resilience, hope, and recovery.
Eating disorders are conditions involving a preoccupation with food, weight and/or appearance that negatively affect people's health and daily living. What is most important to me is to provide a safe and engaging space for individuals working to better themselves and their life experiences.
We are excited to welcome Esther, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to our team! Esther recently graduated from the MSc Psychotherapy Program at McMaster University and is interested in learning more about and working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and more.
