Treatment Philosophy
Whether you’re finding it difficult to cope with the ebbs and flows of your closest relationships or perhaps overwhelmed by worry and the uncertainty of change. You and I will work together to discover solutions for you. No one’s journey looks the same; so if the mountain seems too high for you to climb or the stairs too steep, we move at your pace, one step at a time. I listen to understand exactly where you are at and support you in developing strategies to build the skills to tackle the life-challenging situations that are thrown your way. I use different therapy approaches that are based on science and your strengths, as you work toward achieving your goal(s).
