Mental health impacts every part of us - our ability to connect with others, perform at work, and be fully engaged in enjoyable activities. I support individuals looking to find new ways to cope, manage and overcome anxiety and depression. Together, we will learn strategies to confront unhelpful thinking patterns and overcome difficult emotions. I offer a non-judgmental space where we can reflect and discuss your goals for therapy. My approach is client-centred and aims to help you build new connections, develop an understanding of the way you interact with your environment, and equip you with ways to feel in control of your actions and reactions in these situations.
