Treatment Philosophy
All individuals get the privilege to define their own personal story and create a meaningful life that is unique and beautiful-we all have a story to tell and details to unpack.  I believe that seeking support demonstrates courage and strength and allows for self-exploration and self-compassion, moving us towards our values and how we want to live in the world.  I strongly believe that a therapeutic environment is built on safety and trust, thus allowing each individual to feel a sense of comfort. I practice with a non-judgemental and empathetic lens that reflects respect, and a sense of compassion which is grounded in my therapeutic style. I am an eclectic therapist who employs an integrative approach allowing for a variety of modalities to be utilized based on need, comfort, and what works for you.
